Measures: Install tracking seals for valve plates; When inserting the valve plate, it deviates 20mm from the centerline to reduce internal leakage and vibration of the valve plate; There is a wind groove inside the valve plate to reduce wear and facilitate sealing.
2. Reduce the erosion of harmful substances in hot air, increase temperature resistance, and resist erosion. Measures: Reduce the exposure of metal on the valve surface and increase the protective layer of casting material; We have chosen a special material for the third air duct valve plate, which is ultra-fine and high-purity mullite, and a small amount of corundum as the main casting material.
3. The overall structural design of the valve plate is crucial. Material and structure of valve plate: The valve plate is welded into a mesh structure with heat-resistant steel; Determine the thickness of the spraying material based on the different thermal expansion coefficients of the metal and the castable, and reasonably arrange the density of palladium nails and the thickness of the protective layer of the castable.
