Enhancing Bulk Loader with Self-Locking Device to Prevent Material Scattering and Ensure Optimal Functionality

The bottom-discharge bulk loader (SZ-I model) is a type of bulk handling equipment designed for use at the bottom of storage facilities. Its primary function is to facilitate the loading and conveying of bulk materials. It is commonly employed in warehouse facilities to transport bulk materials from the bottom of the storage area to the desired destination, such as loading vehicles or other containers.

The main components of the bottom-discharge bulk loader include a lifting device, double-layer telescopic sleeve, bulk discharge head, lifting stroke positioning mechanism, automatic material level control system, dust collection equipment (available on demand), and a frame structure. The lifting device controls the height of the bulk discharge head, while the telescopic sleeve allows for the efficient transfer of materials to the designated location. The automatic material level control system ensures precise loading and conveying processes by monitoring the material level. The dust collection equipment is utilized to collect any generated dust, maintaining a clean working environment.

However, a problem often arises during our on-site surveys: after loading, when the telescopic sleeve is retracted, materials often fly away. This not only increases material loss and environmental pollution, but may also bring potential safety risks.

In order to solve this problem, we introduced a self-locking device, which perfectly solved the problem of the remaining materials flying around when recycling the discharge head after unloading.

The self-locking device can firmly fix the remaining materials at the exit or loading area of the bulk machine to ensure the safety and stability of the materials.
