Working principle
The impeller feeder realizes powder feeding through a supply impeller and a measuring impeller. The pulverized coal flows from the pulverized coal hopper into the partition plate of the upper body of the impeller feeder and the tooth groove below the gap. The rotating impeller takes the pulverized coal to rotate 180 degrees in the impeller shell, and then transports it to the gap in the impeller shell, where it falls into the tooth groove of the measuring impeller. The measuring impeller then rotates 180 degrees to bring the pulverized coal to the gap in the upper body. The pulverized coal then falls into the powder outlet pipe, thereby achieving continuous and even powder feeding and preventing the self-flow of pulverized coal during shutdown. Purpose.
