Rotary Kiln Tail Bag Dust Collector

The kiln tail bag dust collector is a dust collection equipment that removes dust in the air, improves the environment, and reduces pollution. It has a wide range of uses, such as dust collection equipment used for discharge in crushing production lines and sand making production lines. Powdered products can be collected through dust collection equipment, such as the cement system that collects and extracts finished cement.

Features
1. It adopts jet pulse dust cleaning technology, which enhances the dust cleaning effect of the bag, saves dust cleaning energy and reduces the overall footprint of the dust collector.
2. A PLC programmable controller is used to automatically control the process of ash cleaning and ash transport.
3. The design of dust removal at the kiln end of the cement plant adopts the side air intake method. That is, after the flue gas enters the flue, it does not first enter the ash hopper of the dust collector and moves upward from the bottom of the filter bag, but moves sideways from the upper part of the filter bag. Enter the bag chamber and move downward inside the bag chamber. This air intake method reduces the rising speed of the air flow to a great extent, makes the dust load of the bag more uniform in the length direction, makes the settling direction of the dust consistent with the direction of the air flow, and improves the efficiency of dust cleaning.
4. The dust cleaning system of the kiln tail dust collector in the cement plant adopts an offline dust cleaning method, which can ensure that the dust collector can be inspected without shutting down. The use of injection pulse cleaning not only maintains the strong characteristics of pulse cleaning ability, but also increases the injection pressure at the end of the bag's life to ensure the dust cleaning effect of the dust collector.

Principle

LMC offline pulse bag dust collector principle: When the dusty flue gas enters the dust collector, it evenly enters each filter chamber of the dust collector. The heavier dust particles in the flue gas fall into the ash hopper under the combined action of self-weight, centrifugal force and baffles, and are discharged through the ash conveying device at the bottom of the dust collector; while the finer dust continues to move upward and is adsorbed on the outside of the filter bag. On the surface, when the dust layer passing through the filter bag reaches a certain thickness and the equipment resistance increases to the set value, the pulse controller sends a signal to open the pulse solenoid valve, and the compressed air in the air bag passes through the pulse solenoid valve and nozzle to the filter bag. Make an instantaneous high-speed injection and bulge the filter bag, causing the dust layer on the outer surface of the filter bag to break off and fall into the ash hopper, and then resume filtration.
