Working principle
When the electric reducer is running, the impeller is driven by the one-way coupling. The feed impeller is equipped with a high-temperature resistant elastic hard-sealed steel plate. When the transmission mechanism drives the rotor to rotate, the feed impeller and the elastic hard-sealed steel plate are fixed with pressure plates and bolts, and the rotor drives The elastic hard sealing steel plate rotates in the valve body, and the feeding impeller brings the material from the feeder inlet (upper port) to the feeder outlet (lower port) to achieve the purpose of unloading.

Technical features
1. It is not affected by environmental factors. Since the elastic hard sealing steel plate has certain elastic deformation, when there is sticky material, the elastic sealing steel plate will scrape off the material stuck to the inner wall of the valve body like a scraper, except for the material on the inner wall of the valve body. Accumulation; if it is a dry powdery material, the elastic hard sealing steel plate will be close to the valve body without creating a gap and play a sealing role; when encountering blocky hard materials, the elastic hard sealing steel plate will bend freely and will not cause The feed impeller is stuck.
2. The air locking effect is good, and the internal and external sealing performance is high. Because the elastic hard sealing steel plate and the inner wall of the valve body run closely together, there is no gap. After the valve stops operating, the powder inside will not leak. In order to ensure that the entire sealing effect meets the usage requirements, this valve is equipped with two seals, namely a seal between the impeller end plate and the valve body, and a seal between the impeller shaft and the front and rear seats. The first seal plays a major role in preventing materials from entering the space between the feeder frame and the impeller end plate, ensuring that dust does not leak at the end plate; if a small amount of material enters, the second seal can It is blocked to prevent materials from leaking to the outside of the valve body, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the entire valve.
3. It has good wear resistance. The valve body lining plate is made of wear-resistant steel plate Hardox500, which has a long service life.
4. Unique design. The reducer and impeller shaft use one-way couplings. The rotor runs in only one direction. When reversed, the coupling runs idling to avoid damage to the equipment or motor caused by wrong phase sequence of the motor.
5. It is simple and convenient to replace the seal or adjust the elastic blade. When the seal is worn, you only need to adjust the adjusting bolt on the pressure plate. When the elastic hard sealing steel plate needs to be replaced, you only need to unscrew the bolt on the pressure plate. Just replace the elastic hard sealing steel plate, thus saving the time of replacing the elastic hard sealing steel plate.
