Single Pulse Dust Collector
Working principle of single dust collector:
The dust containing gas enters the filter chamber by the ash hopper (or the lower open flange), the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin, the finer particles of dust containing gas rise to the surface of the filter bag, filtered by the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the surface of the filter bag, the purified gas enters the clean gas chamber through the bag mouth, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the system fan. With the continuous filtration, the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, resulting in the equipment resistance rising to the set value (generally 1200Pa), the time relay (or differential pressure controller) output signal, the program controller begins to work, in order to open the pulse valve, so that high-pressure compressed air through the nozzle of the line nozzle instantaneous high-speed injection into the filter bag. The high-speed reverse airflow causes the filter bag to expand suddenly, and the dust attached to the bag surface falls off into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged by the flap valve or the flight mechanism. In the process of reverse blowing, the single-row filter bag is sprayed successively, and other filter bags are still in the filtering state.
